MANITOBA – As reported by the Canadian Press: "Manitoba Lotteries has decided it's a gamble for employees or customers to speak anything but English at the province's two casinos. "Lotteries spokeswoman Susan Olynik says staff are required to speak English during work hours, but can speak their own language during breaks.
