Casino City 2008 Sweepstakes Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This Sweepstakes is open to anyone 21 years of age or older worldwide who has an e-mail address and online access at time of entry. Casino City, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Opbiz, LLC, PokerProducts.com, Masque Publishing, Casino Vacations (collectively, "Sponsor and Parties") and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and members of the immediate family and persons living in the same household of each are ineligible. Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on December 31, 2008.

2. TO ENTER: Between 12:00:00 AM (EST) on June 1, 2008 and 11:59:59 PM (EST) on December 31, 2008, there are two (2) steps required to enter into the drawings for the CASINO CITY 2008 SWEEPSTAKES. (1) REGISTRATION: Participants must complete the one-time registration form before entering. You must register by visiting the Casino City website at www.casinocity.com/winaprize.cfm, entering your e-mail address and clicking the continue button, complete all required information requested on the registration forms presented, and click on the "register" button to complete the registration process ("Registration Entry"). All Casino City visitors who registered prior to 12:00:00 AM (EST) on December 31, 2008 and who login to the Casino City website at www.casinocity.com/winaprize.cfm by entering their e-mail address and clicking the continue button, and entering their password and clicking the "Register/Login" button to complete the login process receive one Registration Entry. Limit one (1) Registration Entry. (2) ENTRY: Once you complete the Registration process, you will be prompted to answer up to six (6) bonus questions about you and your gaming interests and click submit ("Bonus Entry"). You will receive six (6) Bonus Entries for answering all bonus questions or one (1) Bonus Entry for each question answered if you do not answer all bonus questions. Maximum of six (6) Bonus Entries. During the Registration process and when you login after registering, you can exercise your right to opt-in and opt-out of various Casino City e-mail newsletters. You will receive one (1) entry for each newsletter mailed to your registered e-mail address that we detect you open using web beacon technology ("Newsletter Entry"). Maximum of ten (10) Newsletter Entries. You may send sweepstakes information notices to friends using the form provided at www.casinocity.com/tellfriends.cfm by entering your e-mail address and the names and e-mail addresses of the friends to whom you wish to send a sweepstakes information notice and clicking on the "Send" button ("Tell Friends Entry"). You will receive one (1) Tell Friends Entry for each valid friend e-mail address provided up to a maximum of ten (10) Tell Friends Entries. For each friend who subsequently registers and enters the Sweepstakes using the e-mail address you provide you will receive one (1) Tell Friends Registration Entry up to a maximum of ten (10) Tell Friends Registration Entries. Maximum number of entries is thirty-seven (37), regardless of method of entry. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants are aware of and agree with Sponsor's privacy policy located at www.casinocitypress.com/privacy. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware, software, malfunctions of the entrant's e-mail provider or referral e-mail address, incorrect e-mail addresses, lost, late, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or misdirected entries. Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading entries from the website or for any other technical problems related to website entries or referrals. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or otherwise technically impaired. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the natural person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply.

3. WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner, (1) First Prize Winner, and (1) Second Prize Winner selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received online. Grand Prize, First Prize, and Second Prize Winners will selected in a random drawing conducted on or about January 15, 2009, by Casino City. The decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Grand or First and Second Prizes are dependent upon total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail on or about January 15, 2009 and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Release") except where prohibited by law, which must be received by Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV. Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport in the United States (Sponsor's choice), hotel accommodations at Aladdin Resort & Casino(based on double occupancy), dinner for two (2) people (Sponsor's choice), 2 tickets to a show (Sponsor's choice). (Estimated Retail Value ("ERV"): $1,500). One (1) FIRST PRIZE: Poker table top. (ERV: $60). One (1) SECOND PRIZE: A prize pack containing each of the following items: Masque Publishing World Series of Poker, Video Slots, Slots from Bally Gaming, IGT Slots or other title (Sponsor's Choice), and a Casino City Press baseball cap. (ERV: $50). ERV of all prizes is $1,610. Grand Prize package does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Actual Retail Value ("ARV") of the travel prize may vary depending upon the point of departure, and fare fluctuation. Trip must be taken before June 30, 2009 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Dates of departure and return are subject to change. Grand Prize Winner must confirm available flight times selected by the Sponsor at least six (6) weeks prior to travel dates. No extension or change of trip dates permitted once Sponsor has confirmed trip dates. Trip is subject to air travel availability, and all other prize and travel restrictions, may apply. Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion must be 21 years of age or older, travel together on the same itinerary and must have valid travel documents prior to departure. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions and any other restrictions may apply to Prize travel. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must sign and return a Release of Liability/Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents, except where prohibited by law. Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed. In the event an advertised prize becomes unavailable a replacement item of comparable value will be awarded at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one prize per person/household.

5. GENERAL RULES: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with venue and jurisdiction in Middlesex County, MA and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in Middlesex County, MA. By entering, entrants/winners agree; (1) to release Sponsor and Parties from liability, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and with respect to their acceptance and use/misuse of any prizes; (2) to be bound by the Official Rules; (3) that the decisions of the Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (4) to the use of their names and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide (including online) without additional compensation, except Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more who are residents of the United States will be issued by Casino City, Inc. an IRS 1099 tax form for the ARV of their prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate or by any human or technical error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. As permitted by law in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, Sponsor may use information, which all entrants provide about themselves, to send them announcements and other communications via electronic and ordinary mail. An entry, except where prohibited by law, constitutes a grant of permission to the Sponsor or its agents to include winner's names on the CasinoCity.com site and other sites comprising the Casino City Network and in connection with a Winner's List without further notice or without additional compensation.

6. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, available after February 1, 2009, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be postmarked by February 1, 2009 and received by February 15, 2009 to: CASINO CITY 2008 SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS LIST, 95 Wells Avenue, 1st Floor, Suite 2, Newton, Massachusetts 02459.
